Lot discussion and site visits

Before discussing a lot as available, review its current lot status and active reservation context. Record the buyer’s preferred lot and alternates; do not promise a lot based solely on a prior conversation.

When scheduling a site visit, record the date/time, location, visit type, assigned staff member, and preparation notes. Afterward mark the visit completed, no_show, cancelled, or rescheduled, then record the outcome and next follow-up.

A site visit is not a reservation

Scheduling or completing a visit does not hold a lot, accept a deposit, or create a payment.
