First contact and lead qualification

The assigned sales staff member records meaningful calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, notes, and next actions in the lead workspace. Capture the buyer’s preferred contact method, lot interest, payment-plan interest, timeline, and barriers.

Recommended stages include contacted, interested, family_decision, and payment_plan_review. Select the stage that describes the buyer’s real position; do not advance a stage just to make a report look complete.

Escalate a duplicate conflict, disputed lot availability, unclear pricing/plan information, or unassigned urgent lead to an Admin.

Completion: next action, due date, owner, and latest contact outcome are recorded.
