Reviewing reservations, payments, and collections

Review reservations nearing expiry, deposits awaiting proof, and deposit statuses marked overdue. Check the linked financial record separately before treating a payment as received.

For payments, prioritize missing manual receipt numbers, missing transfer proof, missing bank references, and unclear customer/contract links. For collections, prioritize due and overdue accounts, payment requests, and documented customer contact.

Financial control

A reservation is not a payment. Deposit readiness is not ledger confirmation. A payment must be recorded separately in the financial records.
