Post-sales and end-of-day workflow

Review open, overdue, blocked, and urgent post-sales tasks. Update agreement, document, payment-setup, and collections-handoff readiness only when the underlying work is verified.

Before ending the day:

  • complete or reschedule due follow-ups;
  • record meaningful buyer and collections outcomes;
  • verify today’s financial entries and missing-information queues;
  • give blocked tasks a reason and owner;
  • submit reproducible system issues through Send Feedback.
