First-week review, ownership, and release notes

During the first week, review follow-up ownership, lot and reservation accuracy, receipt/proof completeness, report discrepancies, access problems, and support feedback. At thirty days, review recurring workflow blockers, training gaps, permissions, data quality, and documentation improvements.

Assign a client documentation owner to approve business wording and a technical owner to verify actual behavior. Every application change affecting routes, permissions, fields, statuses, reports, emails, or workflow must receive a documentation impact review and release-note entry.
