Super Admin procedure

Only Super Admin users should create/invite users, change roles, manage high-trust AI/configuration controls, or use Data Management. Verify the requester, scope, and business approval before acting.

AI settings control availability of application reviews, Daily Brief, and collections assistance. They do not give AI authority to approve applications, reconcile payments, or alter business records.

Data Management is a controlled procedure for approved test or incorrect records. It requires explicit confirmation and is not routine correction for live customers, contracts, payments, or historical records.
